What would be the standard turnaround time of my order?

Currently, our standard turnaround time for an order is around 8 – 10 business days.

Do you have any option for fast production and delivery?

We are happy to offer rush production delivery services to our valued clients with a small fee. This rush service takes 4 – 6 business days.

Can you proceed the order less than 500 boxes?

Yes, we are good at that. We are a short run specialist and can deliver the order with minimum order (MOQ) quantity of 100 boxes.

Can you design my own artwork for me?

Absolutely, we warmly welcome all of our clients and customize their boxes with their own logo or artwork.

Do you offer designing services?

Yes, we do have a team of professional graphic designers to help you with best services. Our designing services are free for valued customers.

Why should I prefer CMYK printing?

CMYK should be used for best printing results therefore, our press also prefers that.

What thickness of board are you using?

We are using paper stock form 10pt to 28pt (60lb to 400lb) depending upon the size and style of the boxes along with client’s requirements.

What is the difference b/w White and Kraft board?

White board we’re offering are matte as well as white from both sides. This is an amazing opportunity to print different colors. While Kraft boards are the ones brown on both sides. Kraft packaging gives natural appearance with eco-friendly solution.

Do PakBoxes offers foil stamp?

Yes, we do offer gold and silver foil stamps.

How do I get a guarantee for product finishing meet our satisfaction level?

We provide digital proof with a 2D and 3D view for the client’s vision and approval to see how the box would look alike once done. On bulk order, we also provide a physical sample of the box to double check the sizes and stock thicknesses by keeping their product in it.

Are your boxes/inks safe for food items?

We are specially using high-quality food packaging material to help you in keeping the food/perishable items safe.

What payment method are you accepting?

Order cancellation can only occur before the approval of digital proof from the client. Whoops, I have made mistake with my order, can I change it? Mistakes happen and we do understand it. You can change the order before making final approval of digital proof.
